Established just over 20 years ago, Specialising in Training, Service & Project installations within the HVAC industry, Today they have organically grown to over 45 employees.

The ideal candidate for this job is somebody who is NVQ 2 qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Experienced with VRV’s, VRF’s and Multi Splits, working with manufacturers including: Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi would also be highly beneficial. Lift Engineer – Service Route 90 Units – Lancashire

Lift Engineer / Elevator Engineer / Lift Service Engineer / Lift Repair Engineer here is your chance to join a sizeable, well established company with a long history; who still like to be known as a small, friendly, family orientated firm. With 85 staff across 5 branches. You will be working under a Service Manager of 35+ years expeince within the Industry; the company is organized with their engineer’s job satisfaction front and center.

This opportunity will place you in charge of just 90-100 units for services and maintenance (occurring either Monthly or bi-Monthly) and some repairs call outs. The equipment includes almost every manufacturer and is found at private sector, and commercial sites (no government / public sector stuff). The lifts you’ll service and repair vary in floor numbers, up to around 20 floors max – and include Passenger, Goods, and Service lifts.

The territory is North West; A new caddy van will be leased for you on joining.

Lift Service Engineer – Up to 90 Units – North West – £28-34k + On-call + OT

Package on offer is flexible based on experience; around £28,000-£34,000 PA basic salary; with on-call one weekend in 4, and plenty of overtime available, should you want it.

The Job will be covering the North East area and you will be visiting both Events, Construction and Critical infrastructure sites requiring 24/7 active and Stand by Diesel Generator sets, from 14KVA to 1.4 MW. Work involves the Day 2-day servicing, repairing, load balancing to full overhauls in addition to managing switch gear and controls and more.
