A leading Independent Materials Handling firm are currently recruiting for an additional Forklift Engineer to cover Field Servicing and Repairs of Materials Handling and Forklift Trucks in the Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and surrounding areas. This role reports directly to the Service Manager and offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression for the successful Engineer

Remuneration:
£24,000 – £28,000 PA Basic Salary (Dependant on skill level)
Paid Travel Door 2 Door
Overtime and on-call commensurate to £7,000 PA
OTE £31,000 – £34,000 PA (Dependant on Basic Salary and Overtime)

The Ideal Candidate:
-you will have 10 or more year’s total experience working in the Materials Handling Industry.
-you will have relevant experience in their current role, or a recent position.
-you will have experience working as a Forklift Field Service & Repair Engineer within the last 2 Years.
-Industry relevant training will be listed on your CV (Such as NVQ Level 2, 3 or 4; HNC; HND; 17th Edition, or Electrical Qualifications).
-Toyota, CAT, Nissan, Linde, Crown Industry Manufacturer Product Training Certificates listed on your CV.
-You will be Customer focused and confident in your skills (and a confident communicator)

Essential Requirements:
-You will have 5 or more year’s total experience working in Materials Handling Industry.
-You will have relevant experience working as a Forklift Truck Field Service & Repair Engineer such that you could hit the ground running and not require any additional training to start work.
-You will be Customer focused and confident in your skills (and a confident communicator)
-You have a Valid Driving license.
