Fire and Security Engineer

A well established Fire and Security firm in Berkshire are recruiting for both Senior and Field Engineers to cover the Hampshire, Berkshire or London areas. The company pride themselves on their prestigious clientele and are looking for Engineers with a strong work ethos and pride in the work they carry out. Established over 30 years ago this company have built such a reputation that they have no outbound sales team and are inundated with work from word of mouth and enquiries.

Now is your chance to join them! In this role you will be working on a wide range of fire and security products including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms. Your main focus will be on Service and Maintenance but there will be element of Commissioning from time to time. You will cover your local patch (London, Berkshire or Hampshire) and will be working with very high end customers.

In the Senior Engineer position you will be also responsible for staff training, commissioning sign off and management of a small team.

The ideal candidate for this position is somebody who has experience in service and maintenance of a wide range of Fire and Security equipment. Additionally, knowledge of a range of manufacturers would also be beneficial as the company work on a variety of equipment.

Remuneration:

  • 145K Billings = 52.5K PA | 180K Billings = 70K PA.
  • £25,000 Basic Salary.
  • Set target for 5K pay rise.
  • Commission paid quarterly:
    5% of 1st 100K PA | 50% of everything above £100K PA.
  • £1000 Joining Bonus Paid End of First Quarter.
  • 36 Days Holiday (8 can be taken as ‘Duvet Days’).
  • 38hr Week (36hrs when over target).
