An established Air Conditioning engineering firm are looking to for an exceptional Air Conditioning Engineer in the Greater London / Middlesex area to join their rapidly expanding service department based from home. You will be joining a privately-owned company with a trading history exceeding 20 years, upwards of 50+ employees across the UK, who specialise in the Air Conditioning and Facilities Management within the Hospitality and Leisure industry.
You’re Job focus will be to visit sites within the Hospitality and Leisure Industry around the M25 and slightly further afield. Work involves performing Servicing and Repairs to all types of smaller Air Conditioning Units from Singles to Splits, cassettes and Air Handling units while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and friendly banter. The Job package ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 Basic, travel paid door to door and the choice of a nimble, comfy but pokey Ford Transit Connect or a Luxurious, fully kitted out Ford Mondeo. Both vehicles come with personal use if required topped off nicely with 25 days leave + Bank Holidays and a 4% pension.
You will be working with a Regional Service Manager who has been with the company for just over 2 years. He’s had a long career within the Air Conditioning Industry having been an Engineer himself for over 15 years. His background allows him to relate well with field engineering team which currently consisting of 14 engineers across the South, and you! The department prefers to promote within for more senior roles, so once you have proved your worth you can set your sights on a senior role.
The ideal engineer for this job is an NVQ 2 or 3 qualified in Air Conditioning, living around the M25, West London or Middlesex area.
