Recruitment Consultant: Portsmouth 

Successful, recent and provable recruiting experience is a must.

Remuneration:

• 145K Billings = 52.5K PA | 180K Billings = 70K PA.
• £25,000 Basic Salary.
• Set target for 5K pay rise.
• Commission paid quarterly:
  5% of 1st 100K PA | 50% of everything above £100K PA.
• £1000 Joining Bonus Paid End of First Quarter.
• 36 Days Holiday (8 can be taken as ‘Duvet Days’).
• 38hr Week (36hrs when over target).

We open the office ‘drinks’ fridge to celebrate the week at 2PM Friday and then finish early at 3PM.
