Chiller Engineer

A Nationwide Chiller company with 4 branch’s across the UK are Looking to add to their Service Team by recruiting for an experienced Chiller Engineer to work in and around West Midlands and East Midlands Area.  Established just over 25 years ago, Today they have organically grown to over 75 employees with 43 Engineers.

Now is your chance to join them! In this role, you would be working on a range of manufacturers in an service & repairs position. Your main focus would be to travel around their key clients in and Across the Midlands completing service & repairs to equipment in addition to building on client relations. Working on a wide range of sites, you would be working alongside a great team of like-minded engineers. There are lots of opportunities within this to continue to develop and the company even have rolling training schemes and often promote engineers within.

The ideal candidate for this job is somebody who is NVQ qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Experienced servicing and repairing small & Larger Air-Cooled or Water Cooled Chillers in addition to VRV’s, VRF’s and Multi Splits, working with manufacturers including: York, Trane, Daikin, ICS Cooling, Airedale, Toshiba and Mitsubishi would also be highly beneficial. If you are keen engineer looking to progress your career with options in to management with an environment to thrive in, this could be the job for you!

The Package
£25,000- £45,000 (depending on experience)

The Package

Refrigeration Engineer

I have an opening for my client whom are looking for an additional Refrigeration Engineer. The leading HVAC firm are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Engineer to cover Installation, Servicing and repairs of all types and brands of Fridges, Freezers, Walk in Cold Stores within London and Home counties area. You will have previous experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer and will be able to demonstrate your abilities to the highest professional standard. The company in question have been established for over 20 years, pride themselves on having an excellent sales record from word of mouth, have a Field Engineering Team of 15 strong and are seen as one of the leading specialists within the Refrigeration and Catering Industry across the South East.

In regards your current role you will be over-achieving in every aspect of your day to day duties and looking to take the next step within your career. This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established market leader supplying a service to the High End Commercial markets. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression for the successful engineer.

Remuneration:
• 25,000-35,000 PA Basic Salary (Dependent on skill level)

• Overtime commensurate to 10000PA

The Ideal Candidate:
-You will have 8 or more year’s total experience working in the Refrigeration Industry.
-You will have Relevant Refrigeration experience in your current role, or a recent position.
-You will have Experience working as a Field Engineer within the last 3 Years.
-You will have Industry relevant training listed on your CV (Such as NVQ 2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, 17th Edition Qualifications).
-You will have Refrigeration Industry Manufacturer Product Training Certificates listed on your CV.
-You will have previous lengths of tenure greater than 4 years of service
-You will be customer focused and confident in their skills (and a confident communicator).
-You will be happy to travel

Essential Requirements:
-You will have relevant experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer / Senior Engineer such that you could hit the ground running and not require any additional training to start work.
-Qualified to both NVQ 2 in Refrigeration and hold a valid F-gas certificate
-You will have a Valid Driving license.
