My client are specialists in the repair, preventative maintenance and installation of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment. Due to the Recent opening a newly built office in Birmingham, they have a requirement for an experienced Service Coordinator to look after the newly formed Midlands based Engineer team. They provide turnkey services to a huge range of customers across the The Midlands to Lancashire.
Now if your change to join them! In this role you would be working out of the Service department on a range of tasks including booking of service jobs, liasing with clients over the phone, parts ordering and stock room management as well as general administrative duties.
You will be office based so living within easy commuting distance of East Birmingham is essential (the office is fairly easily accessible by public transport so a vehicle is not essential)
The ideal candidate for this position would have experience of a wide range of general administrative duties, and experience booking in service calls for engineers within the Building services or Air Conditioning Industry.
The Package
£17,000 – £21,000 basic salary
Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 working hours
Company pension 5%
25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
