Lift Service Manager. An industry leading Lift firm are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced Lift Field Service Manager to manage 9 Engineers across the Southern area. This role reports directly to the Operations Director and offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression for the successful Candidate.
My Client are a well-known independent market leader within the lift industry known for their Professional Approach and Excellent Quality of Service Amongst their High Profile, Blue Chip Clientele.
£35,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary (Dependant on skill level)
25 Days annual leave + National Bank Holidays

The Ideal Candidate:
-You will have 15 or more years’ total experience working in the Lift Industry.
-You will have relevant experience in your current role, or a recent position.
-You will have experience working as a Lift Service Manager in within the last 5 Years.
-You will have Lift Industry Manufacturer Product Training Certificates listed on your CV.
-You will have industry relevant qualifications (J5 Modules, NVQ3 / 4 in Lift Engineering or equivalent)
-You will have manufacture training listed on your CV
-Customer focused and confident in their skills (and a confident communicator)
-10 or more years’ total experience working across a portfolio of lifts.
-Relevant experience working as a Lift Service Manager such that you could hit the ground running and not require any additional training to start work.
-You will be industry relevant qualified (J5 Modules / NVQ3 in Lift Installation or equivalent)
-You will have exceptional Customer focus and confidence in your skills
-You will be IT literate
-Driving license holder
