Materials Handling Sales and Business Development Manager. A leading Independent Materials Handling Firm are currently recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Manager to cover all aspects of Equipment Sales, Hire and New / Existing Service / Repair Contract Sales duties in the South of England. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression for the successful Sales Executive.
Remuneration:
£30,000 – £40,000PA Basic Salary (Dependant on skill level)
Uncapped Commission Structure
Bi Annually salary increases as targets are met.
Profit Share Annual Bonus

The Ideal Candidate:
-8 or more years total experience working in the Materials Handling industry.
-Relevant fork Lift Truck Sector Sales experience in your current role, or a recent position.
-Experience working as a Sales Person in Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Consultative Sales within the last 3 Years.
-Strong sales ‘closing’, client retention and negotiation skills.
-proven track record with Sales achievements listed on your CV.
-Sound technical knowledge of a range of Materials Handling Equipment.
-Industry relevant training listed on your CV (Such as: Consultative Sales; NVQ Level 2, 3 or 4; HNC; HND; Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications).
-Customer focused and confident in your skills (and a confident communicator)
Essential Requirements:
-4 or more years total experience working in the Materials Handling Industry.
-Relevant experience working as a Sales Person in Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Consultative Sales such that your could hit the ground running and not require any additional training to start work.
-Strong sales ‘closing’, client retention and negotiation skills.
-A proven track record with Sales achievements listed on your CV.
-Customer focused and confident in your skills (and a confident communicator)
-Driving license holder
